So, I heard about PFO from Jen when I was in the homeschool acting troupe at Children’s Theatre. This is now my second year doing it, and it has been a very great experience.
I absolutely love the buddy program, it’s the best part of PFO! It’s really great to just hang out with the kids who either have special needs or have siblings that have special needs, and just get to know them, just like any other kids, because that’s who they are. And that’s what PFO does, we let them know how amazing they are! It’s been really cool to watch how some kids have grown throughout the PFO year, and it’s just great to get to know them.
It’s been really cool also to get to know the teens in PFO and grow together. There are so many different kinds of people and I love how we all come together.
And from this, I must say….PFO is pretty great!
