Advisors:
Advisors are adults that oversee one of each of the six teen committees. During the fall they meet with their committee’s teen Chair and Secretary regularly to help them prepare to lead the weekly meetings in January & February. They then attend those meetings to continue to give guidance & support. Advisors act as role models, guides and inspiration.

Committees:
Each teen in PFO serves on one of 6 committees to learn life-long business skills. At the yearly fall retreat, teens find out which committee they will serve on as well as their “color” for the year. During the months of January & February, all teens meet from 10-12 am on Saturday morning to complete their committee work. At each meeting, teens are assigned a small task to complete so that each member is contributing to fulfilling the committee’s specific goals.
